I have a lot of roles: mother, daughter, spouse, sister, aunt, niece, friend, attorney, life coach, and boss to name a few.
I also have a lot of people in my life that I love and want to be present for: family, friends, colleagues, clients. And also those people just passing by.
I’ve loved being a professional mom in so many ways.
I also ended up feeling overwhelmed and struggled to figure out how to do it all. Especially how to show up in my life the way that I wanted to.
I didn’t love that part so much.
Most people told me that being tired and overwhelmed was just part of being a working mom. This was wrong.
The good news is that I kept thinking there had to be a better way.
So I put all my research skills to work and I learned how to get unstuck and out of overwhelm. I was a woman trying to figure out how to get out of overwhelm and guilt and replace them with calm and connection.
Then, I got clear on how I wanted to be experiencing this one precious life.
It was a very slow process, but it doesn’t have to be.
The tools I teach are the ones that helped me get out of overwhelm and take back control of my life so that I could enjoy my life and my relationships.
